Common Questions
- Do I need an account? No. Pondoro is local-first — focus sessions, your aquarium, fish, and rewards all work as a guest, entirely on your device. Signing in (Apple, Google, or email) is optional — it lets you manage your Pondoro Plus subscription, delete your account, and restore your earned coin/XP wallet on a new device. Your aquarium, fish, and decor stay on your device in this build.
- My focus session, coins, or fish didn't save. Progress is written to your device as you go. If something looks off, reopen the app and tell us what happened — include your device model and iOS version so we can help quickly.
- The timer kept running while my phone was locked — is that right? Yes. The clock is timestamp-anchored, so locking your phone or leaving the app never cheats your session.
Pondoro Plus
- Manage or cancel a subscription. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pondoro, where you can change or cancel your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Restore a purchase. On a new device or after a reinstall, open the Pondoro Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- Free trial.The monthly and annual plans include a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Account & Data
- Delete your account.Open Pondoro → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This erases your data on the device and on our servers. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage that in iOS Settings as above.
