Simple terms for using Pondoro.

By using Pondoro, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, that's okay — please just don't use the app.

Pondoro gives you focus timers and an aquarium that grows as you focus, and the core focus features work offline. You can use everything as a guest. If you create an account, you're responsible for what happens on it, and you can delete it anytime from Settings. You should be at least 13 to use Pondoro.

The coins, XP, fish, decor, and race rewards you earn are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be traded or cashed out, and can't be bought with real money. The fish race is just for fun: it uses coins you've earned in the game, never real money, and it isn't gambling.

Pondoro Plus is an optional subscription that renews automatically. The App Store handles billing, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

Anything Pondie or the app writes for you is meant to help, but it won't always be perfect, so use your own judgment. Pondoro is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be flawless or uninterrupted.

We may update these terms as the app grows, and continuing to use Pondoro means you're okay with the changes. Apple's standard App Store terms also apply.
